Ben has worked in various board level roles in large scale educational businesses over the past 20 years with particular expertise in tech and vocational learning. He has four children who have been blessed by attending MCS. Together with Rachel, his wife, Ben is passionate to see children thrive at MCS and for the school to be an effective support for Christian parents seeking to raise and educate their children with God centred perspective. Ben is a member and leader of North Swindon Baptist Church.

Lara Morava

Lara lives in Swindon with her husband Oldi (from Albania) and children, Reya and Skyla. She was one of the original 13 students at Maranatha when it was founded in 1990 and gives the school her highest recommendation, as she now sends her daughters Reya and Skyla.

She works at Bible Society as the Fundraising Communications Manager.

Bobby Agwu

Bobby is currently a technical programme innovation lead in artificial intelligence, data and economy for a non-governmental organisation. His previous time in the rail industry comprised of roles in health and safety, construction management, site management and design engineering.

He lives in Swindon with his wife Vivienne, son Jesse and daughter Micheala, where they worship at the Church of God in Swindon and are passionate about their children’s Godly academic foundation in the Bible and the love of God.

Bobby is dedicated to ensuring that both the pupils and teachers at MCS learn and teach in a safe environment.
