Ben has worked in various board level roles in large scale educational businesses over the past 20 years with particular expertise in tech and vocational learning. He has four children who have been blessed by attending MCS. Together with Rachel, his wife, Ben is passionate to see children thrive at MCS and for the school to be an effective support for Christian parents seeking to raise and educate their children with God centred perspective. Ben is a member and leader of North Swindon Baptist Church.

MIRABEL OSAYI (Safeguarding trustee)

Mirabel is a GP and has a number of roles, including working as a community GP, Prison GP and a Doctor with the Sexual and Reproductive health clinic. 

She came to know the Lord at an early age, having had the opportunity to be homeschooled by strong Christian parents through primary school and the privilege of attending a Christian Secondary School. 

She is passionate about Christ-centred education and raising kids in a community that shares this value so they can come to know the Lord, helping us to pass the baton of faith to the next generation.

She lives in Swindon with her husband and their children.

Their older child is of school age and attends MCS. They attend Citifaith Church where she is involved with the children's ministry.

Isaac Raine (Treasurer)

Isaac is a chartered accountant and currently works in Strategy & Finance for a Financial Services company. He lives in Highworth with his wife, Amanda, and their three young children who are pupils at MCS. Isaac attended a Christian school himself so has experienced first-hand the blessing of a God-centred education. Convicted that their children be taught by those with a Biblical worldview and amongst other families with the same faith, he and his family relocated in 2022 to join the school.

Isaac and Amanda are members at North Swindon Baptist Church.

Sara is a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist working at Great Western Hospital (Swindon), qualifying from Kings College London and is currently due to complete a Masters degree in Care of the Elderly from the University of Buckingham. Sara lives locally with her husband and two children that attend Maranatha Christian School, and has enjoyed volunteering in the school in a variety of assisting roles. Sara and her family attend St Alban's Church in Watchfield and are committed to raising their children in a Christian school where the love of Jesus is celebrated and God is at the centre.

Paul Gardner

Paul served in the Royal Air Force for 36 years before retiring in 2021. He is now a Civil Servant at the Defence Academy delivering various courses including Teacher Training. He is also a lecturer with Oxford University CPD department specialising in Leadership. He has four grown-up children, one of whom attended MCS. Together with his wife, Justine, Paul is passionate to see children thrive at MCS and for the school to be an effective support for Christian parents seeking to raise and educate their children with God centred perspective. Paul is a member and Trustee at Highworth Community Church.
